The Cornwall Business Show is the largest, most inclusive Business to Business exhibition in Cornwall, bringing together a wide spectrum of industries and sectors, from small, start-up businesses to large, established companies.
Taking place in the heart of Cornwall at the Royal Cornwall Events Centre on Thurs 12th March, the next show will be bigger than ever, bringing together the regions most dynamic and ambitious businesses, all under one roof.
Hosting up to 140 exhibitors, Penhaligon’s Friends will have a presence, sharing the work that the charity does supporting bereaved children throughout Cornwall, and seeking ways to form links with businesses in the County.

Jayne, Joanna and Colin are now working on plans for the second stage of their journey from Lands End to John O’Groats which will take place in April/May 2020 – here’s a photo from their first leg. To mark our 25th anniversary there will be a special service of remembrance at Truro Cathedral for all families that we have worked with over the years, together with our wonderful volunteers, staff and trustees. Supporters of Penhaligon’s Friends are also invited to attend the service which will be held on Saturday 30th May at 2pm.

Mevagissey Male Choir are in concert with the Red River Singers at Truro Methodist Church on Saturday 22nd February at 7.30pm. Tickets are £8 in advance, £10 at the door. Proceeds to Penhaligon’s Friends.
Thanks to Aymes and the dieticians at Treliske Truro Hospital for a donation of £1,000 towards our work with bereaved children and young people throughout Cornwall. Fantastic support, thank you so much. Without support from the community we would not be able to continue with our work.

A massive shout out to our friends at the Rotary Club of Penwith who organised a dinner and quiz in aid of our work with bereaved children and young people throughout Cornwall. They raised an amazing £141, Thanks to all at the club for their support.
Great to have the opportunity to meet with the folk at Truro Methodist Church Tuesday Evening Fellowship and tell them about the work of Penhaligon’s Friends supporting bereaved children and young people throughout Cornwall. A lovely welcome, and of course tea and biscuits! Thank you all.
We will be running our Professional Childhood Loss and Grief Level 1 and 2 Training again from February 2020. The courses provide a great insight into Childhood Loss and Grief and are suitable for any professionals who might come into contact with bereaved children in the course of their work, volunteers and those wanting to gain an understanding of how best to support bereaved children.
