Volunteers Training
Penhaligon’s Friends offers the volunteer:
The opportunity of working with a team of people who have the capacity for fun and enjoyment as well as a depth of compassion.
We provide on-going training throughout the year as led by the needs of the volunteer, but being determined by the aims and objectives of the service. The volunteer will benefit from regular group supervision which is facilitated by a clinical psychologist. Expenses when attending a bereavement day and for the planning meeting prior to the bereavement day are covered.
As a volunteer you will be encouraged to share any skills you already have and to develop new ones.
