Mother’s Day is on 14th March 2021 this year in the UK and is a special day for honouring and appreciating mothers. It is also a personal day, and means different things for each of us.
Children who have sadly lost their mum may want to take time to make or write something for their mum and in her memory. They may want to write a message for her or use words or a picture that reminds them of their mum. They could choose to leave it in a special place or give it to someone else to look after.
Penhaligon’s Friends is encouraging schools, community groups, businesses to have some fun and “fun-draise” for Penhaligon’s Friends by holding a Teddy Bear’s Picnic. Watch this space for more news of the event, planned during the week of 12th to 20th of June 2021.
